Fast, professional and the windows are awesome! We had a few quotes from other places and window world was by far the best. Not pushy, great communication, honest, and a great price. I also have to mention that they worked with us on doing our windows in stages since we are on a budget and couldn't get them all done at once.
We can't wait to get the rest done!

We have used Window World of Grand Rapids several times now and have been consistently pleased with the quality of their windows and doors, fair pricing, transparency with a bright young sales executive (Jack), and today’s installation team led by Boyd.

Had a great experience from the initial quote through installation. Very low-pressure sales visit and didn't play games like other window companies that I also got quotes from. The high-pressure tactics that other companies use turned me off but the sales rep from Window World was great! She walked me through the options and left me all the information I needed to consider what I needed. The installers did a great job, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and even cleaned up after themselves which I wasn't expecting. They installed 13 windows and 4 patio doors in one day and I couldn't be happier with the process!

Our new windows look great! Communication with our sales contact and scheduling was a bit difficult and slow. Install was quick and they showed up right on time. It took about 3 hours for 6 windows and we couldn’t be happier.
