Boyd & Brady arrived on time and got right to work. They answered all my questions and were friendly & efficient!
I felt like they went the extra mile to ensure I was a satisfied customer, and the time it took to complete the install of 10 windows exceeded my expectations!
I would definitely recommend Window World to others and would use this company for future projects! Thank you!

This is our third time using Window World of West Michigan and they never disappoint. Arrived when they said they would and got it done so quickly. They cleaned up after and were so polite when showing how the windows open and ways to clean them.

I had Window World of West Michigan install four windows and a back slider. Before these, the new windows I had old single pane windows that were the worst in the winter.
It's been two days with these new windows, and there's a night-and-day difference. I used to hear a lot of road noise or dogs barking outside, but now that sound is non-existent or dramatically quieter.
The install folks were great and did a reasonably good job cleaning up any mess made after changing out the windows.
One thing to note: The lead time to make the windows was 14 weeks. I was able to wait that long; however, depending on your situation, you may not want to wait that long.
