Overall great experience. Cory and his team installed 6 large windows on a 2nd story 3 season room conversion. The windows look nice and are exactly what we were looking for in the project. They had the best price and the service was good - friendly and easy to work with. We had one window that needed to be replaced and delayed the completion of the project but it was a minor setback and Cory got everything taken care of as we wanted, just a little delay. For the Grand Rapids area I’d recommend.

We had an awesome experience with Window World. Our salesman Jack was thorough and very helpful. No high pressure. Just honest information. Installation by Cory and his crew was fantastic. Quick, efficient, friendly, fully explained the operation of the windows immaculately cleaned up. We replaced 15 windows and the value and service could not be beat. We got quotes from 4 companies and are extremely happy we went with Window World. I would definitely recommend them.

The installers arrived on time, were very friendly, and worked carefully and efficiently. They explained to me how to properly use and clean the windows to make sure they last a long time and stay nice. The windows look great. I love how they added so much curb appeal to my property. Entire process from first consultation to finished installation went very smoothly and I feel like I was dealing with an honest company who didn't use one of those high pressure sales pitches. Would recommend 100% to anyone who is looking into window replacement.

Front door installation was done within a couple of hours, great job. However it took about 4 months for the actual door to be built. The door and trim look great though.
