It was a good experience today The company arrived exactly when they said they would. The next thing is it took them less than 3 and 1/2 hours to install the windows. They removed all the old windows cleaned up after themselves and windows look absolutely marvelous. The inside of the house and the windows look great and the outside looks even better. We are so excited to have these new windows. Thank you for all you guys did for us.

From the day that I had my sales visit and estimate with Jack, to this afternoon, with complete installation with Cory and CJ, my experience with Window World has been nothing short of stellar! Every interaction I had with every employee was friendly, courteous and professional! My new windows even came ahead of the anticipated timeline!
Installation day was absolutely perfect! Cory and CJ were efficient, respectful and were gracious in helping work around the needs of my adult son with Down syndrome ~ definitely not something we experience often! Both Cory and CJ cleaned up every piece of material and even swept my floors for me! When all was said and done, Cory took the time to show me all of the tips, tricks and new features of my beautiful new windows! I’ve been a homeowner since 1989 and never once have I had such a smooth and pleasant experience with a home improvement company! Hats off to Jack, Cory, CJ and Window World!

The installation team was quick and efficient. It took maybe 3 hours to install 4 regular sized windows and one large glass w/2 sliders. He took time to explain how to take them apart to wash. They were honest about a tare in one of the screens. Replacement is coming.
