So thankful for the installers who did window replacement in our home. They were polite, took care with our floors and furniture to keep them safe from harm, came on time and completed the work in an hour and a half. This was a triple window. They made sure we understood what our role is after the material they used to install dried. We are very happy with the fininshed product.

I left the below comments shortly after my windows were installed focusing on installation. I neglected to mention how terrific everyone at Window World was to me. Chelsea answered all of my questions and provided all the information I needed to select my windows. Brandon(? I’m awful with names) who measured for the new windows was also great. Everyone showed up on time with a text letting me know they were on their way.
I am very happy with the results of my new windows. The installers were able to arrive earlier than expected (they called to let me know) and were finished much sooner than I thought they would be. They were friendly and respectful of my home. They worked great as a team! They worked diligently and quietly. I’m hoping to have additional windows replaced in 2026 and would gladly have them work here again.
